The Copernicus Climate Change Service (C3S) is implemented by the European Centre for Medium-Range Weather Forecasts (ECMWF) on behalf of the European Commission (EC).

As part of the C3S, Telespazio UK established and operated an important operational service which was responsible for the brokering and generation of gridded Sea Surface Temperature (SST) Climate Data Records for C3S users.

Telespazio UK also developed a service support dashboard in the form of an online tool that incorporated functions for document library management, software version control, issue tracking (incl. helpdesk processes) and general web content (incl. the presentation of service status and key performance indicators). This service support functionality was also used for a similar service in the production of Ozone climate data records. Note this development was based on Telespazio UK’s previous development of a similar online tool which is in operational use by the payload data ground segments for the Sentinel-1 and 3 missions.
