Telespazio UK based in Luton, is part of Telespazio, a joint-venture between Leonardo (67%) and Thales (33%) and is headquartered in Rome.

In addition to Telespazio UK, the Telespazio group includes Telespazio France, Telespazio Deutschland GmbH, GAF, Spaceopal (a joint venture with the German space agency DLR) (Germany), Telespazio Iberica (Spain), Rartel (Romania), Telespazio Brasil, Telespazio Argentina and e-GEOS (in which the Italian Space Agency holds a 20% interest).
