Telespazio UK has access to a variety of VHR SAR and optical satellites – such as GeoEye-1 and IKONOS VHR optical satellites, and COSMO-SkyMed, RADARSAT and Sentinel-1 SAR constellations – that greatly reduce acquisition, processing and mapping times. In particular, the capacity of the COSMO-SkyMed Constellation to revisit a location quickly provides a unique opportunity to have SAR images during and/or just after events, with a spatial resolution ideal for the rapid production of very detailed maps.
