The event was open to applications from year 12 STEM students local to Bedfordshire and Hertfordshire.

It was free to attend and gave students the opportunity to discover the key skills required and pathways available into a career in the space industry.

Location: Capability Green, Luton

During the 5 days, participants developed their own satellite mission design project, attended space-related seminars, engaged in technical demonstrations and had the opportunity to visit a space-related facility. The week ended with a presentation of each group’s design project; judges awarded a prize to the winning project.
