In line with our Corporate Trade Compliance requirements, Telespazio UK is required to conduct a supplier evaluation. To meet our purchasing expectations and quality requirements for products and/ or services, we kindly ask all suppliers to complete our supplier approval questionnaire.

The intent of this questionnaire is to provide Telespazio UK with an overview of your company, facilities and Quality Management System, to enable an evaluation of our potential suppliers.

The assessment considers the following elements:

  • Financial Viability and Stability
  • Quality Management Systems and regulatory requirements
  • Disaster recovery programmes including insurance cover
  • Business ethics, including anti-bribery and data protection

The completion of this form does not signify approval of your Company. A Telespazio UK representative may contact you to make arrangements for a site visit or Quality Management System Audit. Telespazio UK reserves the right to verify details contained within the questionnaire. All information will be treated in strict confidence.
